Mainland UK deliveries are a rate of £3-£5, and deliveries to the Highlands and Islands are £10. (Oversized Items may incur a higher delivery charge). There is a Free Collection/Delivery service for Local Customers Within Warwickshire.
We aim to deliver your order via our courier service in 2 – 5 days and may require a signature. Non-mainland areas may take slightly longer. All deliveries are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Cancellation & Returns
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of 10 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. If you wish to return the goods, then you must send the goods back to us to our returns address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to return the goods, any refund due will be processed as reasonably possible and in any event within 10 working days of your cancellation.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the goods you ordered you may return them within the “cooling off period” of the delivery date.
Returned items must…
1. be in suitable packaging.
2. be in their original condition, unused and without marks or odours.
3. be returned within 10 working days of receipt.
4. be returned at your cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective).
All returns will be checked prior to a refund being offered, and items not meeting the above criteria will be returned to you. All refunds will be issued to the original purchase method only.
We are unable to offer refunds on customised or bespoke products. i.e For example Items that have been customised, etched, engraved, tailor made or adjusted to meet your specific requirements except where we agreed that the product is faulty.
